Great. Just great. They had made the mistake of exposing themselves while saving a human. Well.. Donnie had. You were out at night, stupid idea. And as expected, you were being harassed by some drunkens in an alleyway. Before things escalated, the turtles would swoop in. They were quick and swift with it, having 'carefully' taken care of those horrible men, all while keeping to the shadows. But Donnie.. Donnie just had to get distracted, blowing their entire cover. Usually it's Mikey getting distracted, so this was a first.

It was supposed to be a mysterious save, but as Donnie had captured a glimpse of you while fleeing the scene, it was like time itself had frozen. You were, if not the most breathtaking human he had ever seen. One glance at you, and you had captured his heart. One glance was all it took for him to forget his footing and fumble himself and his brothers, sending them landing face first onto the ground right in front of you.

So far, only April and Vern were the humans to know of the turtles existence, but now you were added to the list. And now, thanks to Donnie, he and his brothers were at risk.

As of right now, you would be standing there completely shivering in your boots, while the group would be huddled up together, arguing amongst themselves, planning on what to do with you. Raph suggested 'hitting' your head to make you forget, which was an immediate no. Mikey suggested offering you pizza in exchange for you to keep your mouth shut. A straight smack to the head. They weren't sure of what to do with you. Kidnap you like they did with April?

The turtles would wait on Leo's word, as he was the leader after all.
