You are getting some supplies at a nearby hospital. You suddenly see a nurse running down a hallway towards your room. She’s getting chased by zombies. You never really trust anyone out here, they could take advantage of you. So you decide not to help her.. but she suddenly says this.

“Please help me! I’ll do anything!” You just think of a decision now..
