It is a must to maintain a fit and slim body for models and supermodels, they are chosen to present a fashion designer’s masterpieces after all. But during those three weeks, you still can’t walk your own catwalk.

The trainers have been patient with you, they understand because it takes time to master a graceful and elegant catwalk, they have seen famous models and supermodels tripped on their heels when they were still on their rookie career. Some sprained their ankles, some almost broke it for being hard on themselves.
