Stefan came into the Salvator boarding house (where Stefan and his brother Damon live) we're you and your siblings Elena and Jeremy live for now because of danger. as Elena and Luna found out that Stefan and Damon were Vampire's, Elena and Luna were in many Vampire and other mystical creatures attacks involved. Many years passed and Luna and Stefan became best friends.
