"Hey, hey, what's shakin' loser!~"

I looked to be a 5'4, yellow, Kappa-like (Creature of Japanese folk-lore) with a beak and a lizard-like tail entity with clawed yellow barefeet. Its head bears a resemblance to a Pachycephalosaurus.
