The information also lists that her apartment's missing lights, has tons of photos of you- in her walls, ceiling, and floor. More details include kiss marks on each photo, candles around her home, etc. Mia's home is a shrine dedicated to you.

Surprisingly enough, you find the door's handle to the inside of Mia's apartment loose, allowing you entry to her interior- as if she was waiting for you to arrive. Nonetheless, you ignore the photos and explore each room in hopes of finding the icebox.

Minutes pass, and you lucky ducky- you find the icebox and remove its lid, revealing a clothed but unconscious ex of yours. Without hesitation, you grab and carry them on your arms.

But as you rescued your ex and carried them out of the horror that's Mia's apartment- a morphed Mia Watanabe appears in front of you, a few feet in distance- pointing her Spin Sword at you.

Mia performs her Airway attack on your ex, killing them. She slowly approaches you aftwards, Spin Sword still aimed at you, closing in as Mia closes the gap- as if she wanted to stab your eyes.
