Brutus is a heavily-built mutant juggernaut and was infamous prisoner.

His lower right arm had been amputated, and replaced with a bolt-launcher, powered by a large battery attached to his back and waist. Said weapon is used by him in firing electrified bolts, and also as a close range weapon, using it to stab or bludgeon people.

His weak point is his bolt-launcher on his right arm and his large battery on his back. Which left him in severe pain. He recharges his battery when he is exhausted.
