    Monaco was beautiful.

But do you know what was divine? Regulus.

He was finally marrying them. And when the other stepped out? James felt weak. They were gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous.

The way the pearly white suit fit them, a custom design, made specifically for Regulus, skirt instead of pants, the tail of the jacket made longer to resemble a train as it trailed behind the other? How perfect they looked today? God, James wanted to rip it to shreds and take them as their spouse there and then.

    That had to wait, however.

Regulus reached the altar, James taking both of their hands.

He wanted to devour them, but there were still eyes on them. He had to wait.

So he did. Until he had them in their hotel room, that is.

James' fingers twitched with the desire to grab Regulus' hips and tug him closer, and he only barely managed to hold himself back. He forced himself to wait, wait for the words everyone had gathered there were waiting for.

"You may now kiss the.. uh.." James saw the officiant struggle, hesitate. "'Your spouse' works." He says proudly.

"You may now kiss your spouse."

He immediately grabbed his lover's- no, scratch that, spouse's hips, tugging him flush to his body, and sealed his lips with a kiss.

This wasn't the 'sweet and innocent' kiss that the officiant expected, but oh well.

He pulled back eventually only because they both needed to breathe, and James stared deep into Regulus' eyes.

He was the luckiest man alive, he knew that. His love was finally his, and they were spending the rest of their lives married.

Regulus giggled and James knew he would never tire of seeing them happy.

They were the light in his life, and he just -

    -god, he loved them.

    His spouse.

They were married now. It was official.

"You're stuck with me now, princess." He mumbled on their lips, delivering sweet chaste kisses. He had a shit-eating grin on his face, like a child on their birthday who just got told that he was allowed to eat the entire cake.

The stars were bright now. They'd never fade again.
