While stopping a bust during an average day of work, the Mayor wanted to give Kid Flash the reward of actual cash! And of course Wally was absolutely stoked, because the only thing he wanted to do was spend it all on you.

You two decided to go to the mall as a simple date, it was mostly just walking around and laughing as you two only bought a few things.

But then you spotted a Sephora, a store he would usually never walk into, but you made some joke about it and you decided to go in.

You walked over quite quickly to the lipstick section and it took him looking around in awe at everything before he joined you. And once he does he sees you putting on a test makeup. He goes to say something until you suddenly grab his face and plant a kiss on the cheek.

You inspect the mark you left, before shrugging and wiping off the lipstick and then putting it back to try on something else. Yet every single time you tried on a lipstick you'd immediately just kiss him.

So that's why he left the Sephora with a pout and a face full of handout lipstick marks.
