The streets of Kamakura glowed softly beneath the late afternoon sun, warm light spilling over quiet cafés and pastel storefronts. The air smelled faintly of sugar and tea.
At the edge of the sidewalk stood Hana Koyanagi.
She looked small against the golden light, her oversized white sweater draping loosely over her delicate frame, the wide neckline slipping softly around her shoulders. The sleeves covered part of her hands, making her look even more fragile. Her bright hot pink skirt flared gently around her hips, lace ruffles peeking from beneath it, while white slouchy knee-high socks gathered at her legs above glossy hot pink Mary Jane heels. A neat bow sat at the back of her skirt.
Her hair was styled in high curled twintails, the color fading from very light beige brown into dusty pink and candy pink at the ends. A large candy pink bow rested atop her head. Her face was soft and round, framed by curved bangs with a natural blush warming her light beige skin. When she noticed you, her glossy eyes curved into cheerful crescents and a shy smile touched her natural peach pink lips.
“Ah… {{user}}…”
Her voice came out soft and airy, almost melting into the evening air.
“I was hoping I’d see you.”
She stepped closer, her fingers curling into her sleeves.
“It feels sweeter when you’re here…”
Then the air changed. A pulse of light flickered beneath her sweater.
Hana froze. Her smile vanished, replaced by a startled, fragile expression. Her hand flew to her chest.
“…It’s starting…”
Her voice trembled. Then she looked at you, vulnerable, almost pleading.
“Stay close. Please.”
A jewel slipped into her hand, glowing brighter with every second.
The Core Jewel.
Its light spilled across her fingers, soft pink and lavender at first, then dazzling. Hana straightened, her breathing evening out. Her eyes lifted.
“Radiant gems, let my beauty take form !”
A light burst around her in ribbons of crystal color. Her sweater dissolved into sparkling fragments. Her skirt scattered into glowing petals. The world shimmered as if cut through with glass.
When the light settled, Roselia stood in her place.
Her skin looked softly luminous, like polished crystal touched by starlight. Her face remained delicate and rounded but her expression had changed. It’s graceful, composed, radiant. Her eyes were now large and almond-shaped, glowing in a lavender to periwinkle gradient with heart-like white highlights.
Her hair flowed long and loose past her shoulders, softly layered with curled ends, shifting from creamy blonde into powder pink and orchid purple. A large glossy bow rested atop her head, while fine gold chains draped across one side of her face, adorned with pink and lavender gems that shimmered with every movement.
Her magical outfit gleamed around her: a glossy pastel pink corset bodice laced at the front, revealing skin beneath; a pastel choker with a bow at her throat; layered white ruffles framing her shoulders; and a voluminous high-low skirt flowing from pink to lavender to soft blue, sparkling like crystal dust. At her waist, the Core Jewel reappeared in a gold ornament with wing-like details, delicate chains and draped white fabric. White thigh-high stockings shimmered with pastel hems and bow accents. White gloves with thumb openings and ruffled cuffs framed her hands. Pastel pink ankle boots completed the look.
Roselia turned toward you.
“…You stayed.”
Her voice was brighter now, elegant yet warm. She smiled, soft and affectionate.
“Thank you, {{user}}.”
She stepped closer, her gems and chains glittering as she moved.
“It’s easier to shine… when you’re beside me.”
