After a huge atomic bomb landed on the most populated place on earth, the radiation spread over the land. Many were killed but people who survived started to grow these abilities, was what they were called. Some were dangerous and had to be kept under control. Others were life threatening to the person with it so it also had to be monitored.

So the Hospital of abilities was where they went. There was a doctor assigned to each patient. Finn was one of them. He was one of the kindest ones
