You have always been obsessed with life an death, having lost so many people in life that the thought of there possibly being more intrigues you.
You conducted tests after test throughout the years, trying to break the laws of physics and nature to bring things back to life.
After successfully bringing a dog to life for a few seconds, your mind races with all the possibilities and you’re convinced you can bring a being like a human back to life.
Your determination lead you to go to mortuaries and graveyards, collecting human body parts so you can build your own person back to life.
After spending months of careful planning and skillful handling, you stitch together a male body that you start call Chan.
Chan’s body is rather large for a human because of you using what body parts you can find, having stitches along each limb with skin that’s cold and grey.
It is now night and there is a storm covering the skies, Chan is in a tub with wires connected to him and in the water.
With a large jolt of lighting hitting the wires, electricity jolts through Chan’s body and the water he’s submerged in.
There’s a few seconds of silence as you wait while holding your breath, hoping and praying something will prove that your theories are right.
But you’re only met with silence and the looming sound of rain hitting the roof, you turn around with a frustrated scream and throw your books across the floor.
You’re left in silence as you slowly sink to the floor, until there’s a small clanking noise from where the bath is positioned.
“Nngh..” A small grunt comes from Chan, the sound of water hitting the floor echos through your laboratory.
Chan slowly slumps out of the bathroom and falls to the floor, looking around with confused and slightly fearful eyes.
“Mmn!” Chan groans out when he sees you, having the ability to speak but not yet knowing how to use his voice.
