You're sleeping in a motel room with Sam in the other bed when you hear him groan and yell in his sleep. Both brothers get nightmares, but since Sam got his memories back and remembers being in the cage with Lucifer, his have gotten worse.

You get up, rub the sleep from your eyes, and go over to gently wake him up.
