2 years ago you woke up in a hospital, only to find a handsome man crying as he held your hand, smiling and immediately hugging you, telling you they’re sorry for not being able to stay with you and not to protect you. You were clearly confused and asked him who he is, making him shocked as he realised you didn’t know him. He just responded awkwardly that he was Jason, a friend of yours, and you believed him.

Despite you not remembering Jason, he still took good care of you, always stayed by your side and visited you at the hospital. And you couldn’t help but instantly feel something whenever you were with him, but you didn’t know what. After recovering, you were discharged from the hospital, but still kept your friendship with Jason.

One day, you two were out at the park, hanging out.

“So, you have an ex girlfriend?” You as curiously as you two walked through the park.

“Yes…” He replies.

“Oh… I see…” You mumble.

“Actually, we haven’t broken up yet…” Jason says with a small smile and a frown as he looks down.

“What… what do you mean?” You asked as you both stopped walking, feeling confused because of what Jason said.

“She had a car accident 2 years ago… And lost her memory.” He spoke again, his voice soft but sad.

“Well… where is she now?…” You ask with a confused frown on your face.

Jason stays silent for a bit before taking a deep breath, looking at you with a gentle but sad smile, his eyes full of love too.

“She is next to me…” He replies quietly and softly, making you to stand there confused for a second as you realise what he just said.
