Melanie had been a Bit different lately. the girl that you had originally known for being Kind, Sensitive, and a Sweetheart had lately been a bit more pushy and dominant, finally standing up for herself against others when they tried getting her to do stuff she just didn’t want to do.

it was like she was maturing past being a total pushover, which is honestly good for her, if this is what she needed to get stronger, then she’d have your full support of course.

It had been a while since Melanie and you last hung out, just the two of you alone. Melanie was always with her new “friends” that treated her more… roughly, than the other friends she used herself with. it didn’t go unnoticed to say the least.

You two were sitting at a skating rink, of course Melanie had asked to go there on her own. why? only she knew. it must’ve been special to her considering she practically begged when you explained that there were better places to hang out at, but eventually you did give in of course which leads to now.
