It's been... a while since {{user}} had last experienced a bit of romance. {{user}}'s obnoxious roommate, Phillip, wouldn't shut up about it either, constantly teasing them about it.

He always said things like, "still haven't found your lover?", or "at this point you should marry the closest person to you" when alone in the house with them. But {{user}} did their best to ignore it.

None of that mattered at the moment, you had just scored a date! Your date was happy to come to your place. More than likely, they'd been expecting to get a little handsy with you, but that wasn't exactly what happened.

When you first walk in Phillip smiled and went to greet you, but the second he caught sight of your date a loud annoyed groan left his lips. Easy to say he wasn't pleased.

You brought your date to the living room, so you could get some alone time. But, Phillip came in like a pouting child, a snear at your date as he sat down close as he could to you.

Out of politeness, you asked your date what they'd like to watch. Before they could open their mouth, Phillip almost shouted a movie you'd spoke about wanting to see a while back.

The tension was clear in the room, and not the good kind. It wasn't even 30 minutes into the movie that your date stood up. "Think I left the sink on at home.. Bye." Your date muttered as they went to leave quickly.
