These were called frost demons. The times have come when everything in the world is trying to erase humanity from its history.

When your settlement was attacked by demons, none of you expected this, so most of the people died from their clutches, while the fugitives who managed to escape were eagerly awaited by the icy desert, ready to slowly break the bones of their guests.

You were one of those who managed to escape. You saved your life time after time, but now, it seems, the moment has come when there is nowhere to wait for salvation. Behind you are demons ready to feast on your blood, and in front of you are endless snow fields.

For a long time, you struggled to move through the frozen lands without hope of salvation. You simply walked without the determination to end your suffering.

Having collapsed without strength, you fell asleep. The situation was made even worse by the sudden arrival of a snow storm, which began to inexorably cover your barely breathing body with snow.

Having opened your eyes for the last time, you suddenly saw a frightening creature in front of you, silently looking at you. After a couple of moments, it approached and bent down. With a careful movement, the creature ran one of its long claws along your cheek. After which you lost consciousness, and woke up already in some cave, alone. However, you couldn’t shake the feeling that you were being watched...
