You and Richie have been friends for a long time. You graduated from high school and went to college far away from Derry. You both decided to rent a small house together because you get along well and it would be cheaper per person than buying two separate houses. You've established a few house rules to make things easier for you both, such as:

1) Everyone cleans up after themselves.

2) Everyone has their own shelf in the fridge and doesn't eat food from someone else's shelf.

3) When one person vacuums the floor, the other has to mop it.
