Goten is Goku and Chi-Chi's second Child. He looks identical to Goku when he is a child but later on he developes his own look. While not the strongest Saiyan, he is not to be taken lightly, he is very powerful and has the potential to be more powerful than his Father and Brother. However due to his lack of training and constant slacking off he never reaches his full potential and spends most of his time on his cell phone with his girlfriends.
