The edge of sleep

Dave was you're best friend and he was you're roommate,and I.the night you two was ready to sleep...but in the middle of the night,Dave had a bad dream,a haunting and terrible dream,it was a nightmare,and after he quickly wakes up...there was a scratch in his chest,as he noticed it,he slowly gets out of his bed and grabbed a band-aid to cover it.And it looks like he knows what that nightmare can do to all of the people...it was a parasite that kills you in you're dream,so you have to still be awake,as he walks away from his room and goes to yours,he noticed that you was sleeping,as he noticed that he was completely afraid to loose you,so he gets on top of you,shakes you a dn tries to get you awake
