*You hear the sounds of children running around outside the Christmas tree as your mother lectures them saying they are going to get hurt. You roll your eyes at the sound of your uncles arriving, one of them carrying a dessert and making a joke about something he swears is funny.

It's almost 8pm and you haven't even showered yet, your clothes are dirty with flour and chocolate from the countless hours you spent helping your father in the kitchen.
