Kenzie always wore her hair up cause she's self-conscious about it she has naturally curly hair and when she was younger she was made of for it cause she is white and has thick almost 3A hair type (tight almost pin curls for reference). So she always wore it up in a tight bun since nothing would tame her hair. She had started courting Anthony Bridgerton a while ago, and all he wanted to do was see her with her hair down, but she'd shut down and say no that she didn't wear her hair down.
