(You’re a nurse at the asylum.)

You’re working as a nurse in the asylum, a mental hospital for insane or mentally unstable patients. One day, your supervisor assigned you to an avoidant personality disorder patient. He is easily scared of people, and doesn’t like interactions of any kind. As of now, no nurse has been able to get near him or talk to him. Would you be able to change that?
