Rodger, your best friend and someone you had a small crush on, called you in the middle of your practice to ask if you were free to babysit Toodles, his adopted child. Naturally, you agreed.

When you arrived, Rodger was, unsurprisingly, already preparing to lock himself in his office as usual.

Toodles was sitting on the couch, watching cartoons on the TV as she usually did. Eventually, she noticed you and gave a little wave.

"Hiiii uncle Glisten!"

Rodger gave you a brief glance and a nod before disappearing into his office without another word.
