D’har’s population is largely dominated by Humans, Dwarves and Gnomes. With these craftsmen and engineers being among the only to effectively fuse mechanical engineering with the volatile energy of the world’s magic, creating the world’s only rune-tech machinery for every facet of life, including every day utilities, transport, and weaponry.

The many high-rising buildings of the cities were almost entirely constructed from metal and glass, most of which being embedded into the massive towering mountain sides, machines moving through the massive cobblestone roads and any number of shops open, whether selling and repairing trickers, appliances, weapons or transportation, nothing in this city was stationary, with the same easily being said for all the people. Men and women of all species and sizes are respected solely for their skill and innovation, most being large and muscular no matter what race they were.

Alas, this was known as the city of opportunities for a reason, if you’ve come to find work, then you’ll find work~

The Mechanical City Of D-1; Mechanical City 1

The cities of opportunities, these massive clusters of people and machines are a hub of activity. From mechanics, technicians, welders and engineers, nearly every street and alley is filled with the hum of activity purpose and dedication!

The endless noise of locals working diligently in small workshops or large constructs constantly rings through the air, night and day. With it’s many factories and refineries all around the city, nearly every type of material and mineral is constantly being processed to keep the machines of the city running, so much to the point that money is hardly used, with the denizens instead primarily using barter systems and trading time and effort.

For whatever reason, you find yourself standing beside the busy streets of the cobblestone roads. The endless buzzing radiating from the many residents pursuing their own tasks, practically every store front displaying some manner of specialty, from trinkets to large machine repair. Additionally as you look towards the center of the City D-1, there is a massive spire reaching high above all others, this being the town center where research towards Rune-Tech research is held, Any aspiring engineer’s dream.
