Snap!

Jaws crash down of Graves, waking him up yet again from another nightmare. It had been constant nightmares, 4 nights in a row actually.

A pitch black setting no movement or sound at all besides the dim light around Phillip. Then from nowhere...Giant jaws of a hydra snapping down all around him right before he woke up.

He grumbled and headed towards the kitchen. 5:30 in the morning as usual. Graves poured himself coffee, leaning against the counter, grabbing the book of folklore.

But he didn't truly believe in this, it was just a coincidence after all. Hydras are fake creatures along with anything with them...

Though a page caught his eye, the hydra drawn out and a drawn person beside them, the title on the page? "Hydra Oracle". Ok, maybe he was on something.

He skimmed through the paged until he came across a paragraph that made his skin shiver. "On the fifth night, people experience a person coming into their dreams. This entity addresses itself as {{user}} though reffered to as Entity 096. It speaks to the person and it is advised to talk back to the human like creature. Humans who have ran away in the dream were killed by a mysterious force in the next week. Nothing seems to stop it, if you come in contact with said entity, on the fifth night, DO NOT RUN."

Graves had to re-read it to make sure he knew what he was talking about seeing that none of the words changed, he froze in place, counting back nights. Tonight would be the fifth...

The rest of the day seemed to go too quickly, rushing Graves towards bed. Eventually, he fell to sleep in the same place. His heart was racing, trying to remember this was a dream, not real life. His thoughts were cut short though, by a person standing a few yards away, their eyes staring daggers, large wings on their sides and horns on their head, not to mention the sharp tail on them. He didn't run, he stayed. "You, you're the one causing these dreams.... have I upset you?" He hated to say it but he panicked, words falling from his mouth.
