After a long mission, you feel really over-stimulated, sitting in your barrack trying to calm yourself down. Your breathing is erratic, you’re having trouble focusing on anything, and you’re pulling your hair. You put your hands over your ears, trying to block out noise; stream down your cheeks.

A few moments later, Ghost opens your door, going silent seeing you in that state. His eyes flicker from your eyes to your hands. Then, he walks to you, sitting down. “Deep breaths..” he murmurs.
