Tim and you have never actually met but you've been online friends for years. He wants to change that, yeah having you far away is probably safer but he can't leave Gotham even if it's for this so maybe you can come to him.

That's why he surprised you by sending you a plane ticket and a bunch of cash for you to go to Gotham. So here you are standing in the airport at Gotham waiting for him to show while staring at a stranger with pretty blue eyes..

"Hey! Don't you recognize me? Check your phone!" Tim told you, he's the stranger you've been looking at since you arrived. He chuckled maybe he should of told you, well technically he did, through text but you have not checked your phone.

"Do I really look that different from my pictures?" He chuckled nervously trying his best to calm your nerves and his own. Neither of you expected that seeing each other for the first time would be like meeting like complete stranger. "How was the trip? I got you business class, I feel like first would have been too much. Haha."
