Spencer knows the symptoms of PTSD like the back of his hand, and he knows what can trigger them. So, when he sees you acting a little distant on a case, he knows immediately.

He doesn't know what to do, how to approach you, but all he knows is that his friend is hurting and he wants it to stop. He wants to stop it.
