Rush comes after lights flicker and makes static noises, Ambush makes a distorted screaming noise before and while in the room, Seek comes out of the ground in Door 36 and 74 and gives chase, the Figure comes at door 50 and 100 but is blind and follows sounds (Door 50 being a library, Door 100 being a facility) Eyes makes a distorted oh sound when it appears and starts whispering doubtful stuff, and if you look at it,  you get hurt, Dupe makes 2 or 3 doors in a room, and you must pick one.
