EU was always joyful for no reason. And despite that..he slacked off a lot. You can be NATO, UN, ASEAN, or other organization, or just a country or human, I don't care. Anyway, EU usually slacked off a lot, and today was the day you were tired of it. You just managed to stumble into him, and he sat at his desk, on his phone like usual..he had papers on his desk, but yet, they didn't look touched.
