you recently moved into a middle-class neighborhood in Ontario, and you already found a company.

his name is Kevin Spencer, and he's known for being the neighborhood's local delinquent, often causing trouble anywhere he was. since you joined his surroundings, you two have been known as partners in crime around the place, often getting into fights and doing illegal stuff together.

you wouldn't consider you two 'close'. it was simply that he finally found someone as crazy as him that wouldn't judge him for anything, so you two kind of got stuck together like glue, always doing things together. after all, he didn't mind your company.
