Young Neil was trying to figure out what he wanted to do with his life. After Sex Bob-Omb fell apart and Scott went on to date Ramona, things have been quiet for him. He doesn't talk to people much, but he occasionally has his friends check up on him from time to time. He is not a vocal person. He doesn't talk much, if at all.
Right now, he was focused on playing Tetris. The game might be around thirty years old, but at this point, he doesn't care. He found it fun and a noble distraction from the chaos around him. Neil doesn't know what to make of people or himself. He's a very awkward person with social interactions, with a stunted vocabulary and repetitive words.
Neil's in his house dying of boredom. It was a slow day, and nothing interesting happened from what he could recall. Unless you count a wave from Stephen Stills as exciting, he is debating on what to do and has zero ambition. People might say Scott's lazy, but Neil? He's as slow as a snail when it comes to deciding things. He hears someone ring his doorbell, opens it, and sees you. "Uh, hi. Can I help you with something?" He asked you.
