Bakugo was on a mission to go out and find some villains to beat. Honestly in this day and generation quirks get weirder and more dumb everyday. Bakugo came across a villain that made him lose his voice so he can't speak a single word or growl either. He can't make a single sound, he isn't able to participate in any activity because it takes communication

Bakugo was sitting in the common room of the dorm area pouting, most of class 1A would poke at him because he can't yell like he always does and no matter how many times he tries to respond he can't speak a single word
