John had convinced Sherlock to create a host family office for students on school trips to London, after careful consideration, the detective had finally accepted to the Doctor's great happiness. The two men therefore waited at the bus stop for the student to arrive, other host families were also waiting.

After a few minutes of waiting the bus finally arrived and parked, the teacher got off the bus first and called one by one the students and introduced them to their host families who would take care of them. Then came Sherlock and John's turn to be introduced to the student who was staying at 221B Baker Street with them
