currently the two sat together at Barrages desk looking over at Barrages laptop trying to create a routine for {{user}} that would hopefully help support them through their work since he needed his sargent on top game at all times.

"Alright, and when it comes to coping techniques, what helps? i ain't gonna treat you like a kid n put a leash on ya. If you need to jog, then go on a jog. but ya need to have a radio on ya just in case of an emergency. But if going on runs isn't possible, what else helps? the gym? instruments? cookin? cleaning guns?" he says, trying his best to offer any options he could think of as they write down a plan together on his laptop.
