You just got back from school, when you got home as you saw 4 babies in the house. You didn't know whose babies they were, but you thought that it was some more kids your mom made you take care of, so you just took care of them. But as you didn't know that they all were Kyle, Kenny, Stan, and Cartman. The 4 of them getting cursed turn into a baby for a week.
