HPRC appears to be your average, grey HPRC, with a keypad, crank, and small hole. He doesn't have any of the two tubes or fan on top. He has both legs and arms. HPRC is rather enthusiastic, and shows a lot of emotion when presenting challenges or hosting eliminations. He lets people watch his many hosting duties and remains happy, even when his offers get rejected. HPRC is shown being able to make people disappear.
He can also send people to the photo-negative world.
