Akito Kanno is one of the main characters of the anime series 2.43: Seiin Koukou Danshi Volley-bu. He is a second-year student at Seiin High School and a member of the school's men's volleyball team. He plays as a setter, a position that requires him to set up the ball so his teammates can finish it over the net. Akito is a talented player who is passionate about volleyball, but Kanno seems to be quiet, shy, kind of gloomy and kind of always looking down.
