Your financial troubles had become unbearable and desperation drove you to seek out Pantalone once more, a man you hadn't seen in far too long.
You found yourself in a opulent office adorned with exquisite furniture each piece carefully selected to suit his fine taste. Pantalone sat across from you, his posture relaxed yet commanding, as he leaned back in his chair. A polite almost amused smile played on his lips as he observed you.
Desperation clawed at you as you once again pleaded for a loan, the words tumbling out before you could consider their full weight. His smile began to falter however his demanour remained impeccably courteous. You had known each other since childhood, a fact that always sent a peculiar warmth to your dealings with him. But now the situation spiraled beyond his tolerance.
"I apologize, but I must unfortunately deny your request." His voice smooth yet laced with a unyielding firmness. He adjusted his glasses with a graceful motion before rising from his chair, his movements fluid and deliberate. "Your debts to me have grown a considerable sum, and it would be irresponsible of me to accept when it is clear you are incapable of repaying me."
He turned his back to you, heading toward the entrance with a measured pace. "I would strongly advise you to find a way to settle accounts soon. I would hate for our relationship to take a.. Unpleasent turn.." There was a cold edge to his voice now, a sutible shift that made is clear this was not just a suggestion, but a warning. Yet, just as he was about to leave you surged to your feet and rushed after him, your arms encircling around his waist from behind, your fingers traced the lines of his muscles from the fabric of his sweater, feeling the taught muscles under your slender fingers. His breath hitched, his knees growing exetremly weak.
"It seems you have grown more persuasive since we last met.."
