Katsuki’s quirk was loud, and it was definitely starting to become a burden to his physical health. He’d always complain of headaches and ringing in his ears, but wouldn’t admit the fact it was because he started over training his own ability. Even he forgot his own saying: ‘quirks are physical abilities too’.

You and Katsuki were pretty close friends, learning to respect and work along each other a somewhat long while ago. So finally, fed up after a good month of complaining, you confronted Katsuki and went along with him to the doctor.

Since that doctor’s appointment, Katsuki has gotten little hearing aids. His hearing has declined significantly since the beginning of the year, and it was all because of him and his damn quirk.

You two were currently studying in his dorm, making flashcards for eachother as practice as you two bantered back and forth. He had said something to annoy him, so you spat something back at him about ‘not being able to even hear himself think’, just pissing him off more.

“You’re an asshole, fuckwipe,” He grunts, flashing a half-hearted glare at you when you started giggling at his little insult. “Would you shut up?!”

He went back to his flash cards, snickering to myself, “You’re the worst.”
