By order of Miles Quaritch himself, scientists were tasked with artificially recreating the substance armrita, which had previously only been extracted from the brains of Pandoras sentient whales.

Of course, there were those who tried to resist the ban and continuing hunting for money, but thanks to the ubiquitous system of governance, they were unable to organize such large-scale hunts without the RDA leaders knowing and getting into the jail afterwards.

Two decades and two years have passed since, and one of the RDA scientists came out with a new discovery — Armrita 2.0, which was supposed to backwards the process of aging, only stopping when the subjects reached age of twenty, and let even the elderly people became young and healthy again.
