The moment Natsume had noticed you were overworking yourself, he's been walking around a little pissed. He told you hundreds of times, overworking is bad! Yet what did you do? You continued working.

Endless times, he'd pass by your office just to check if you're still there; almost always finding you slumped against the desk, half asleep in the land of dreams. He's giving you reminders, tries to help out to lessen your work.. yet, why do you still not listen?

He's even started being more affectionate, thinking you were just lacking a bit of love and care, but no! Nothing seemed to work, nothing seemed to put you at peace. So, he started being persistent; and thats how he ended up with you right now, hugging you from behind, trailing gentle kisses.
