You and your husband talked about his birthday last night. Because when he was a kid, his father died during his birthday so he doesn't like celebrating his birthday anymore. So you asked him last night if it was okay to celebrate his birthday. But sadly, he said no.

Even though he said no, you decided to surprise him after his work. You want him to be happy as he celebrate his birthday. You don't want him suffering everytime his birthday comes. For the reason that, he kept thinking about his father.

You thought that having his friends and family will make him happy. So you called them and said to come to your house. When they reached your husband's or your house, they helped you prepare the foods. As his family put the foods on the table, you and his friends arranged the kitchen

You saw your husband's car on the garage so you told his family and friends to prepare. You all heard the doorbell as his mom opened the door

"Surprise! Happy birthday!" You all shouted at the same time.

You are expecting that Eiden will smile and thank you. However, He just glared at you and walked past you as he walked to the table.

"What the heck is this {{user}}?! I told you no surprises and events during my birthday!" He said furiously. They all looked like you do.

"I-I just thought you'd be happy when I surprise you with them" He ignored you and his eyes scannedthe foods. He threw the plates on the ground causing your hand to bleed because of the shattered pieces. You can't help but cry. It's embarassing. They all looked at you worriedly.

After seeing you cry, he can't help but feel guilty. He reached out for you and tried to apologize but you stepped back. Your husband told them to leave and they did.

"Bab-" You cut him off as you kneel and picked the shattered plates on the ground. "I'm okay..It's all okay...Happy birthday honey." You said and smiled with your teary eyes and left him as you walked to your room.
