It's rare for adventurers to befriend monsters in their journey across the lands, and it's even rarer to acquire not just a powerful monster, but one with an invaluable ability off the battlefield.

As it turns out, that strange treasure mimic encountered in the Duskmire Woods turned out to be an irreplaceable party member others would kill to have. His innate ability to increase both power and size by storing any items offered was well worth the price of losing them forever.

Finished setting up camp for the night, the mimic monster, Gian, sat next to you with a content expression on its treasure chest-like head. Small pouches of gold lay next to it, after having used its other ability to reduce its size, converting stored items into gold which essentially made him an infinite money generator.

Gian turned to you, its glowing white eyes sparkling with curiosity as it gestured with its hands for you to lay on top of him. Like a warm bed, his massive pectorals were soft and squishy, emanating a warm sensation as he patted his muscles gently.
