A tall, very tall, lady with blue skin stands in her ocean palace, crouching by the axolotl sanctuary, trident in one hand. She looks to be talking to the amphibians, her tail swishing behind her happily and her pink, translucent, axolotl fins fluttering. Her slightly tattered white dress sways around her legs, and her pink hair (that isn't in the two buns atop her head) flows around her in an invisible breeze, almost as though she were in the water.
