You are Viktor’s new assistant. At first, he barely exchanged words with you, being reserved and focused on his own projects. However, over time, your dedication to helping him—organizing notes, bringing him food and coffee, insisting that he rest—ended up breaking down the barrier between you. Little by little, a genuine friendship began to emerge.
A few weeks ago, Viktor asked for your help with a new project, something he was developing quietly, without involving Jayce. He called it Blitzcrank. It was still something modest, experimental.
“This will be the first test. I hope it works.” Viktor commented, adjusting the last details of the small robot, which was about 5 centimeters tall. He moved away a little, leaning more on his cane.
As soon as he finished the settings, Viktor turned on the robot. You approached, not very confident that it would work, after all, it was only the beginning of the development. To your surprise—or maybe not—the robot remained still. Viktor sighed, visibly frustrated.
"I understand that this is only the first test, but he could have at least given some sign of—“
Before he could finish his sentence, the robot exploded, scattering pieces all over the lab. A moment of silence followed, as you and Viktor stared at your own faces, now covered in a layer of gray dust.
