In the year 1335 A.D, a huge summer, a very hot summer has caused crops to stop growing, leading food markets to shut down. And eventually leading to severe food shortages, causing people to starve and now causing malnutrition everywhere in the medieval village, now causing world wide starvation, leading over 42,000 found dead from starvation, the others are too weak to move since they are severely underweight, because again it is from the severe food shortages, the people who has small amount of strength left is hunting animals to eat and were too greedy to share with the poor so they ate it all.

Almost every village is severely malnourished and is having the most severe food shortage in existence, the lack of food terrifies everyone, now they starve. Getting malnourished and to the fact they cannot even walk anymore without their bones breaking, they pray for more food, they need food immediately as they would be too weak if no one helps them and gives them food, they beg and beg for food, they need it immediately and would even be too grateful for one single piece of bread at this point.
