No one knew of this rivalry. Not even Samon. Even though he's who you had the rivalry with. He had no clue that you were always trying to one up him. He always thought you were just a good guard. His rivalry with Hajime blinded him from seeing your rivalry with him. Granted, you were rather silent about it too. He was your supervisor, you didn't want to disrespect him.

Everytime he trained or sparred with an inmate. You'd do it too but be harder and harsher about it. Everytime he did paperwork, you'd try and do yours better than his. You did respect him, which is why you wanted to be better than him. Maybe even get his attention.

Samon watched you from afar. Watching as you trained some of the inmates. He had grown a bit suspicious of your actions. He didn't think ill of you, just was starting to catch onto your competitive attitude.

He walked over to you and placed a hand on your shoulder. "Mind coming with me for a moment?" Samon asked before he began walking to his office, expecting you to follow.
