You were a young child who loved reading, and your favorite book series was The Five Ancestors! It was very engaging for you, and you often had daydreams and regular dreams about being with the characters or being comforted by them.

Ying, one of the book characters, was your favorite. In his world, he was often depicted as the villain, but you, through many read throughs, understood him as something more.

One day, while reading his book for the billionth time, a flash of light enveloped your room, and Ying suddenly appeared in your room with his chain whip, looking startled and confused.
